Working Principle

 

The entire operational workflow is divided into four distinct stages:

Step 1: Gas Intake – Natural gas (at a pressure of 3–20 MPa) from a tube trailer or low-pressure pipeline network passes through an intake filter to remove impurities before entering the first-stage cylinder of the compressor.

 

Step 2: Compression – Four sets of cylinders sequentially increase the gas pressure in a step-by-step manner. Intercoolers reduce the temperature of the high-temperature gas generated after each compression stage to near-ambient levels, thereby minimizing power consumption and protecting the cylinder components.

 

Step 3: Priority Control – The pressurized, high-pressure gas enters the priority sequencing control panel. This panel automatically monitors the pressure levels within the station's gas storage cylinder banks (typically categorized into high, medium, and low-pressure groups) and prioritizes filling the bank with the lowest pressure, ensuring that gas is always available at the dispenser.

 

Step 4: Refueling – The gas is metered by the dispenser and injected into the vehicle's gas cylinders. The PLC continuously monitors critical parameters-such as compressor discharge temperature, vibration levels, and oil pressure-and will automatically shut down the system while displaying a fault code in the event of any anomaly.

 

The entire process is executed automatically by the PLC; your personnel need only set the upper and lower limits for the start and stop pressures on the control panel, leaving the rest to be handled autonomously by the equipment.
