Warranty & After-sales Terms

The warranty period is 12 months, commencing either from the date of successful commissioning and acceptance, or 2 months after the equipment arrives at site, whichever comes first.

Within the warranty period, our company shall repair or replace products free of charge for quality defects caused by product design, material selection and assembly. For products out of warranty, only the cost of replaced or repaired components will be charged.

Our company provides lifelong maintenance for all sold products. Upon receipt of user’s service notice, we will respond and propose solutions within 1 hour. Upon receipt of user’s maintenance request, our service personnel will arrive on-site for service asap

For new-delivered equipment, our company provides free commissioning assistance, free relevant documents and technical guidance, as well as free training for user’s maintenance technicians.
