1. Highly Integrated Skid-Mounted Structure

The entire system-including the compressor host, motor, cooler, control panel, and piping network-is fully integrated and mounted onto a single steel base (skid). This design significantly reduces installation time, conserves floor space, and simplifies the transportation process.

- The soft-start function effectively reduces electrical surge currents during startup, thereby extending the service life of the motor and transmission components.

- Supports automatic start-stop operation based on the actual demands of the refueling station, with optional remote communication and monitoring capabilities available.

 

4. High-Efficiency Cooling & Low-Noise Design

- Employs a water-circulating air-cooling system (closed-loop circulation) to ensure stable discharge temperatures, even under hot climatic conditions. - Equipped with a professional soundproof enclosure, controlling noise levels to ≤ 85 dB(A) at a distance of 1 meter -fully complying with the environmental and noise control regulations for urban gas refueling stations.

 

5. Wide Inlet Pressure Range and Customization Capabilities

- Standard models are suitable for an inlet pressure range of 0.8 MPa to 4.0 MPa (please refer to the two tables below for detailed specifications).

Recommended Process Flow for Standard CNG Stations

 

The CNG station compressor serves as the core pressure-boosting component within the following typical process flow:

Pipeline Gas → Filter → Dehydration Unit → Buffer Tank → CNG Booster Compressor → Dispenser → CNG Vehicle

- Filter: Removes particulate matter and liquid droplets.

- Dehydration Unit: Lowers the dew point to prevent ice blockage under high-pressure conditions.

- Buffer Tank: Stabilizes inlet gas flow and pressure.
