A modern CNG Standard Station Equipment package comprises all the necessary components required to convert low-pressure natural gas from a utility grid into high-pressure fuel suitable for use in natural gas vehicles. Our standard station solution centers around a highly efficient, oil-free, hydraulically driven CNG compressor, paired with matching pre-treatment and post-compression processing units. Typical Process Flow

 

Grid Natural Gas

3. Suction Buffer Tank

- Eliminates flow pulsations originating from pipelines and filters.

- Provides a stable pressure environment for the compressor's suction valves.

- Constructed from corrosion-resistant steel and certified in compliance with local pressure vessel regulations.

 

4. CNG Standard Station Compressor - (Booster Compressor)

- The Core of the Refueling Station - A hydraulically driven, oil-free piston compressor.

- Features a fully skid-mounted design, equipped with a water-circulating air-cooling system, and controlled via a PLC with a touchscreen interface.

- Low-noise operation: Noise levels remain ≤ 85 dB(A) at a distance of 1 meter when fitted with an acoustic enclosure.

- Wide inlet pressure range: 0.8 MPa to 4.0 MPa (expandable up to 10 MPa).

- Oil-Free Design ensures the delivery of 100% pure, oil-free natural gas-eliminating oil contamination, obviating the need for expensive oil-gas separators, and posing absolutely no risk of damage to vehicle engines.
