Skid-Mounted Station Features
Flexible and Compact: It does not rely on a natural gas pipeline grid; instead, it utilizes LNG tanker trucks to transport LNG, serving as the sole gas source. All process equipment within the station is mounted on a single skid unit with a relatively small overall footprint (external dimensions: 12m × 2.5m × 3.31m). The control system is housed within a modified standard shipping container (external dimensions: 6m × 2.5m × 3m). Prior to LNG loading, the entire fueling station has a total mass of only 21.8 tons, making it highly suitable for road transport. The station's location can be relocated at any time to meet changing market demands, making it particularly well-suited for urban environments.
Safe, Eco-friendly, and Energy-Efficient: Since the LNG has already undergone purification, the station requires no energy-intensive processes such as compression, cooling, dehydration, or desulfurization. The overall production process eliminates the need for natural gas purification equipment and air compressors, significantly reducing the scope of auxiliary facilities. This not only lowers equipment procurement costs but also shortens the construction timeline.
Highly Automated and Easy to Operate: Equipped with an advanced automatic control system, the station automates various processes-including data acquisition, combustible gas monitoring, pump shutdown in the event of overpressure, and pump startup in the event of low pressure-making the system simple and easy to operate.
Standard Station Features
This type of fueling station is primarily designed for scenarios involving high fueling volumes, typically ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 cubic meters per day.
It occupies a land area of approximately 5 to 7 *mu* (approx. 0.33 to 0.47 hectares) and is predominantly utilized in locations with heavy traffic-specifically for heavy-duty trucks requiring large refueling volumes, or for intercity buses operating in major metropolitan areas. The main equipment configuration for this 30,000–50,000 m³/day standard station is based on a "dual-pump, dual-dispenser" system setup.
L-CNG Station Features
L-CNG fueling stations offer robust comprehensive performance capabilities, allowing them to dispense both LNG and CNG.
They are particularly effective and efficient in regions where LNG prices are favorable, as well as within major urban centers.
Mobile Station Features
Mobile skid-mounted stations are primarily deployed in situations where the conditions for constructing a permanent station do not yet exist, but where users require immediate and urgent access to fueling services.
A key feature of this system is that all equipment is mounted directly onto a mobile vehicle, providing exceptional mobility and flexibility. However, a drawback is the relatively limited gas storage capacity, with storage tanks typically ranging from 13 to 30 cubic meters.
