1. Advanced Compression Structure Unlike traditional reciprocating compressors with complex crankshafts and connecting rods, our hydraulic-driven daughter booster compressors utilize a direct hydraulic actuation system.

Our daughter station compressors work in harmony with the storage cascades and dispensers via a smart PLC Control System.

Priority Filling: When a CNG transport trailer arrives, gas is first dispensed directly to vehicles from the trailer (Low Pressure) and the Medium Pressure storage bank.

Booster Activation: The daughter booster compressor only activates when the storage bank pressure drops below a set threshold (e.g., 19-20 MPa).

Fast Refill: The compressor takes low-pressure gas from the trailer and boosts it to 25 MPa to refill the High-Pressure storage bank.

Energy Saving: This logic minimizes the compressor's runtime, saving electricity and extending the machine's service life.
