The compressor cylinder piston adopts an oil-free lubrication patented sealing structure, which does not pollute natural gas and has an extremely long service life. The cylinder piston adopts oil-free lubrication, and the hydraulic oil and natural gas have their own sealing structures, which completely eliminates the contamination of natural gas by hydraulic oil and avoids damage to gas filling pipelines, automobile pipelines and engines caused by oil pollution. There is no need to set up a post-compression gas filtration and separation system.
The compressor does not require an additional lubrication system, which greatly reduces the cost and maintenance work of daily maintenance.
The compressor has a wide inlet pressure range and can be driven at any time without unloading, saving operating costs. Since the compressor cylinder is hydraulically driven, the hydraulically driven compressor does not need to evacuate the high-pressure gas in the compressor cylinder when starting. It can be started at any time without voltage stabilization or pressure regulation, saving electricity, reducing equipment investment, and improving work efficiency.
The compressor adopts PLC fully automatic control and remote transmission control, which can realize remote diagnosis and management, and can realize unattended and automatic start and stop operations.
The use of general-purpose natural gas tank trucks is simple to operate and reduces equipment capital investment. Only one unloading pipe is connected to the compressor, and the tanker pipe bundle does not need to be tilted, making it easy and quick to replace the tanker.

The explosion-proof high-pressure solenoid valve replaces the pneumatic ball valve, which is safer to use and has more stable performance. On the basis of realizing the gas filling process, the valve life is increased several times, and the possibility of natural gas leakage is completely eliminated. There is no need for a compressed air source inside the compressor, so the installation is simpler.
