The LNG Compressor Station (Skid-Mounted) is a high-efficiency, integrated solution designed for the pressurization and transfer of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). Functioning as the core "pump and compression" unit within an LNG infrastructure, this station is engineered to boost LNG from storage tanks to high-pressure vaporizers or directly into transmission pipelines.

 

Designed for fully automatic, unattended operation, the station utilizes advanced PLC and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) control systems. Key Components & Configuration

 

Submerged Cryogenic Pumps: The heart of the station. We offer premium pump options to suit your budget and performance requirements, including top-tier brands like ACD (USA) and Cryostar (France), as well as reliable domestic brands.

Heating Vaporizer: Integrated to ensure the LNG is effectively warmed and converted to natural gas at the required flow rate (300 $Nm^3/h$) before entering the downstream network.

EAG Heater: Specifically designed to heat the Escape Gas (EAG) to prevent low-temperature discharge hazards, ensuring environmental compliance and safety.

Control System: Equipped with a PLC + VFD control panel, allowing for precise flow regulation and automatic pressure maintenance.

 

Process Flow Description

 

The station operates through a streamlined, automated cycle:

Intake: LNG is drawn from the low-temperature storage tank.

Pressurization: The submerged cryogenic pump pressurizes the liquid to the required outlet pressure.

Metering & Control: The VFD system adjusts the pump speed based on real-time demand (dispensing or pipeline input).

Vaporization (Optional): If dispensing as CNG or pipeline gas, the liquid passes through the Heating Vaporizer to convert it into natural gas.

Safety Venting: Any boil-off gas or discharge gas is safely heated via the EAG Vaporizer before release.

Selection Guide

 

Choose Model TYL-2×15 if: Your station has a standard throughput requirement (approx. 40 $m^3/h$) and requires a balance between performance and energy consumption. Suitable for medium-sized city gas stations.

Choose Model TYL-2×22 if: You require higher flow rates (42+ $m^3/h$) or higher discharge pressure capabilities for long-distance pipeline transmission. Ideal for busy filling stations or industrial peak-shaving applications.
