The LNG Liquid Filling Skid is a pre-assembled, compact, and highly integrated refueling system designed for the safe and efficient dispensing of liquefied natural gas (LNG). The entire system is factory-assembled on a single robust steel base frame (skid), minimizing on-site installation work and commissioning time. This skid-mounted design ensures structural integrity, easy transportation, and rapid deployment at LNG fueling stations, industrial sites, or remote locations.

Skid-Mounted Structure:​ The overall skid-mounted construction integrates all critical components - including the LNG dispenser, cryogenic pump (submerged or centrifugal), vacuum-insulated piping, valves, instrumentation, and electrical cabinets - into one unified, space-saving module. The compact footprint (3200 × 2300 × 2500 mm) allows for flexible siting even in space-constrained areas.
Working Medium:​ Engineered exclusively for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), which is stored and transferred at cryogenic temperatures (approximately –162 °C). All wetted parts are constructed from cryogenic-grade stainless steel or equivalent materials to ensure safety, prevent embrittlement, and maintain structural reliability under extreme low-temperature conditions.
Advanced Control System:​ The equipment is governed by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) combined with variable frequency drive (VFD) technology. The PLC provides centralized monitoring and logic control, while the VFD enables smooth, energy-efficient speed regulation of the cryogenic pump. This combination ensures precise flow control, reduced mechanical stress, and significant energy savings across varying operating conditions.
Fully Automatic Unattended Operation:​ The system supports fully automatic, 24/7 unattended operation. It is equipped with intelligent self-diagnosis, automatic fault detection, and safety interlocks. Remote monitoring and control capabilities are available via SCADA, IoT, or 4G/5G communication interfaces, enabling operators to oversee the filling process, receive real-time alarms, and adjust parameters from a central control room or mobile device. This minimizes the need for on-site personnel and enhances operational safety.
Outdoor Installation Ready:​ Designed for direct outdoor installation, the skid features a weatherproof, thermally insulated, and anti-corrosive enclosure. The control cabinet is built to IP65 or higher protection rating, safeguarding internal electronics against dust, rain, and harsh environmental conditions. The system is also designed to withstand a wide ambient temperature range and strong winds, making it suitable for diverse climates.
Safety & Compliance:​ The skid is equipped with multiple layers of safety protection, including emergency shutdown (ESD) valves, over-pressure relief devices, leak detection sensors, and grounding systems. It is designed in compliance with international standards such as EN 13617, GB/T 20368, and other relevant cryogenic and fueling equipment regulations.
Ease of Maintenance:​ The open-layout design provides clear access to all major components for routine inspection and maintenance. Quick-connect couplings and modular sub-assemblies reduce downtime during servicing. The PLC system logs operational data and fault history, facilitating predictive maintenance and troubleshooting.
