The skid-mounted LNG vehicle refueling station produced by our company integrates key components-including an LNG dispenser, cryogenic pump, unloading vaporizer, tank vaporizer, piping, and control valves-centrally mounted on a single skid. This design offers high integration, easy installation, flexible mobility, and user-friendly operation. It only requires an LNG tanker truck to supply LNG as the gas source, which reduces the hazards associated with system design and equipment installation. This not only lowers equipment costs but also shortens the construction period. Equipped with an automatic PLC control system, the station automatically performs process control functions such as data acquisition, combustible gas monitoring, pump shutdown on overpressure, and pump startup on low pressure, making the operation simple and reliable.

Process Flow
1. Unloading Process
1) Self-pressurization unloading: The LNG tanker truck is pressurized by a vaporizer, and LNG is transferred from the tanker to the LNG storage tank of the refueling station.
2) Cryogenic pump unloading: LNG is transferred from the LNG tanker truck to the LNG storage tank of the refueling station by the LNG pump of the refueling station.
2. Pressure Regulation Process
During the unloading process, a portion of LNG is drawn from the tank by the LNG pump, then pressurized through the LNG vaporizer and returned to the tank. When the saturation pressure of the tank reaches the set pressure, the vaporization stops.
3. Refueling Process
LNG is drawn from the storage tank by the LNG pump and dispensed into vehicles through the LNG dispenser.
